Proof You Wasted Your Youth Wisely...
NICE PULL! is the ultimate nostalgia-fueled showdown where two pop culture obsessives battle it out for obscure reference supremacy. Each episode dives headfirst into the glittery abyss of '70s, '80s, and '90s TV, toys, music, commercials, and cereal box lore—scoring each pull by just how deep or weird the reference goes. Expect rants, retro chaos, and the occasional appearance by Danny Bonaduce (seriously). Whether you’re a trivia tyrant or just miss the smell of a freshly cracked VHS tape, this show’s for you.

About the Hosts
Chris Alvarez
The younger half (by four days) of Nice Pull, Chris is a man obsessed by Chuck Cunningham's disappearance, his way too young exposure to The Exorcist and the undeniable charm of Ted McGinley. Chris occasionally finds time in the day for more constructive endeavors, like explaining to his wife and kids the differences between Dick York and Dick Sargent. Someday he'll complete one of those brilliant unfinished novels, so he's got that going for him...which is nice.
Jeff Thill
A proud Gen X'er, San Diego-born comedian, and the retro-obsessed co-host of "Nice Pull!" By day, he's unearthing the hidden gems of nostalgia; by night, he's crafting "Conspira-Pop" anthems about Bigfoot and UFOs with his band, Sonic Descent. Clearly his destiny was never to contribute to the modern workforce, but rather to serve as a grizzled tour guide for the baffling wasteland of our shared childhood.
